Buddhist Teachings

The tour offers a wide variety of Buddhist teachings as well as ritual healings. The teachings are given by a Lama and a monk and can last between 1-1/2 and 2 hours, including a question and answer session. One of the monks (or a tour organizer) will introduce the Lama and his interpreter, give the details of the Monastery, and offer a brief description of the beliefs of the Gelug School of Tibetan Buddhism.

The Six Perfections Death, Bardo, and Rebirth
Meditations on Peace and Compassion World Peace and the Unity of all Religions

In addition to Buddhist teachings we can provide more general talks on monastery life, Tibetan cultural, and world peace.  If we are conducting events at colleges or universities we are available to visit classrooms to speak on a variety of topics. Public lectures can also be scheduled in auditoriums, bookstores, churches, health food stores, and alternative and businesses.
